Should I Buy
the Books,
the DVDs, or Both?
This is a question that I have been asked many times since I launched my DVD program.
My new “LIVE” DVD series is a collection of live one-hour presentations that I have taught at various hair shows around the country.
These presentations are based on the concepts of the information that I have written about in my books.
On the DVDs I present to the audience the major concepts of each book topic and embellish each topic with complete explanation allowing ample time for questions and answers. Many of these questions that you would hear on the DVDs are the same questions that you probably would have asked if you were at the live class. So that in it-self makes these DVDs extremely valuable to you as a haircolor student.
On these DVDs I explain haircolor in “Plain English” and try to cut through all of the confusion about haircolor and getting to the real deal of how haircolor really works without any influence of product manufacturer "mumbo-jumbo" or marketing BS.
In the Haircolor Trade Secrets Books, I get into more detail on each topic and cover everything that you need to know in order to become a haircolor expert.

The general information in both the DVDs and books are the same information but delivered in different ways. The books are straightforward no-nonsense factual information and the DVDs are “LIVE” presentations where I have the opportunity to embellish each topic, give stories as examples and, as already mentioned, allow time for questions and answers before I move on to the next topic.
Personally, I practice what I call “Total Immersion Learning”. I talk about this on the website where I sell my DVDs. Total immersion learning means that I realized over the years that I learn something at a much deeper level if I read it, listen to it on audio, and watch it on video.
That is why in my DVD series I offer the information in these three different mediums: DVDs (video), CDs (audio only), and transcription workbook (read & note taking).
This I find is the best way for those of us who are creative to learn and comprehend technical information.
